Lovely hotel with great spaces to work - bed was amazing.

I loved the bed!! So comfortable. And everyone who worked there was so nice! It was safe and very convenient to walk everywhere.
I think parking prices are ridiculous. You pay all that money and then get charged $75 a night for parking. Talk about taking advantage of the customer.

Great Staff especially Victor at front door very helpful, courteous and friendly along with the other stuff. The driver Robin in courtesy car was very pleasant and also provided excellent recommendations on a busy night Saturday when we were unable to get an immediate reservation. Reception Collette friendly and smiley. All the staff were awesome!

The reception was excellent. The location was also good to get to both the dodger Stadium and Santa Monica Beach.
The hotel is location in a quiet area, you can get to the public transport really easily, the room was confortable, a littel dated. The pool area was also dated.
The beds were super comfortable, staff was friendly, coffee bar available every morning, close to the metro, close to the best parts of DTLA, outdoor pool!
ALL staff members are welcoming, polite and helpful. Easy walk to eateries. Spacious rooms with bathtub and shower. Friendly and efficient valet service. Good amenities.

Beautiful hotel. Immaculate and clean rooms. Lovely view of Los Angeles. Warm and friendly staff. Wonderful and kind valets. Free music concerts outside. Hotel has two restaurants and a coffee place. Across the street from restaurants. Five minute walk to clubs, music venues, and many restaurants. Five minute walk to Metro station. I loved this hotel.

Excellent location near to Pershing sq and Bunker hill metro stations. Also attached to the Angels flight railway leading straight to grand central market. Room very spacious for three adults and very clean. Bar area very nice also
